Sharing

Talk About It Like a Person, Not a Poster.

A simple five-step shape for anything you post about sound and vibration: hook, story or education, engagement, invitation, link. It works because it sounds like you.

01

Hook

One line that stops the scroll. A question, a moment, or something unexpected. It should make someone curious enough to read the next sentence.

“Have you ever felt sound move through your entire body?”

02

Story or education

Say what actually happened for you, or explain the idea in plain language. Real and specific beats polished and vague every time.

“The first time I lay down for a session, I expected music. What I didn’t expect was feeling it — low frequencies moving through my back and chest while I did nothing at all.”

03

Engagement

Invite a reply. A short, easy question keeps the conversation human instead of turning the post into an advert.

“What helps you switch off at the end of the day?”

04

Invitation

Offer an experience, not a pitch. A session, a demo, a conversation — something a person can say yes to without committing to anything.

“If you’re curious, come and try a 20-minute session and feel it for yourself.”

05

Link

Close with one clear next step. One link, no clutter — and mention that it’s an affiliate link where the platform expects it.

“Full details on the systems are here — affiliate link.”

Put together

An Example Post — Then Make It Yours.

Use this as scaffolding, not a script. Swap in your own session, your own words, your own honest reaction.

Have you ever felt sound move through your entire body? The first time I lay down for a VIBE session, I expected music. What I didn't expect was feeling it — low frequencies moving through my back and chest, while I did absolutely nothing except lie there. VIBE combines sound, music and gentle vibration so you don't just listen to a track, you experience it through your whole body. Twenty minutes later I got up feeling like someone had turned the volume of the day down. What helps you switch off at the end of the day? I'm genuinely curious. If you'd like to feel it rather than read about it, message me and I'll point you to the next VIBE experience near you — or take a look at the systems here (affiliate link): https://healwithvibe.com?ref:Mjc3NDM2LjIwMTguMjc5ODczLlQ

Keep it honest

Five Rules That Keep Sharing Clean.

  • Only tell stories that are yours. Never write a testimonial on someone else's behalf.
  • Describe how something felt to you — not what it treats, cures or diagnoses.
  • Skip medical language and health outcome promises entirely.
  • Disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you drop the link.
  • One post, one invitation. Repetition works better than a wall of text.
